Heather will be doing a weekly “Ask Heather” feature for PunchDrunkGamer, taking questions from her fans and the PDG readers.

During her short career, Heather has accomplished every goal she had set for herself but that doesn’t stop her from wanting more. Heather has been featured in over 45 national magazines including Maxim, FHM and Muscle Mag. Heather is also very well know in the MMA world with her being a spokesmodel for Tito Ortiz for his clothing line Punishment Athletics and countless features in all of the MMA related magazines and websites. Heather is also the spokesmodel for a company called Flying Pasties. The company invented special pasties to wear under your clothes when entering body scanners at the airport.

Heather has done countless appearances, car shows and radio interviews. Recently Heather has found her new love, acting. Heather is to appear with feature roles on the shows Graceland (to air this summer on the USA network) and The Glades to air sometime this year. Last year Heather also accomplished one of her other goals and attended International Stunt School where she became a certified stunt woman. She jumped from buildings, was lit on fire, did combat and knife fights and also driving stunts. With receiving countless awards and recognition in the modeling industry she is ready to accomplish her next set of goals. So welcome Heather to PunchDrunkGamer and keep sending in great questions!

Here are Your Questions submitted this week, enjoy week two!

1. A stunt woman? That is cool, what types of stunts have you done and was there any you chose not to do for some reason or another?

Heather Shanholtz – I’ve done a bunch of stunts. I attended stunt school last year and got my certification. I did the air ram, knife fights, martial arts, repelling, car stunts, aerial stunts. The craziest thing I ever did was light myself on fire for a stunt it was insane.  The only stunt I didn’t do was the stair falls. My trainer advised against it due to the fact that everything in stunts is a calculated risk. This specific risk entailed having to land on the first step with a huge impact on your chest. He informed me that if I went against his advice I would rupture an implant. Ummm. Guess what option I chose. Abort! Abort the mission! Lol!

2. What was the best fight that you ever saw, whether live or on TV?

Heather Shanholtz – That is an extremely hard question to answer, because there have been so many great fights in MMA. But if you are going to pin me down I would have to say way when Tito Ortiz defied most odds makers and fight fans and choked out Ryan Bader. Very few thought that Tito could win that fight and the way that he did it against a such a formidable opponent just made it that sweeter of a victory.

3. Who in your opinion is the Greatest Mixed Martial Artist of all time and would he have been dating/marriage material?

Heather Shanholtz – Bruce Lee, because of his work ethic and because he was a pioneer and he developed his own fighting style. I think we’d be great friends. Let’s just leave it at that.  😉

4. Since you have a wonderful physique, have you thought of trying some fitness modeling? You’re beautifully wonderful like an athlete. Speaking of athletes, have you practiced any sport to keep yourself fit aside from workouts?

Heather Shanholtz – I’ve done a few fitness gigs. I was featured in Oxygen Magazine a few years ago.  I’ve also been featured in Muscle Mag & Planet Muscle. I workout a lot but I always try to get another workout in one way or another. I bought a nice bicycle so I run my errands on that and I also Jet Ski, kayak and do a lot of walking.

5. You are obviously comfortable with your body but what is like always having photographers, make-up folks, assistants and others getting a good view of your assets?

Heather Shanholtz – I’m so used to it and am very comfortable with my body. Most of my friends have seen me running around naked. I’ve never posed nude because I don’t want that out there and for something like that to come back and haunt me in the future. I don’t know where my life will take me but I try to always think 3 steps ahead and don’t think it’s a good idea 🙂
