Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown brings the latest arcade version of the Virtua Fighter 5 series to consoles worldwide, adding two new characters, Virtua Fighter 3 favorite Taka-Arashi and newcomer Jean Kujo and new dynamic and interactive fighting arenas. Console-only features include a robust and detailed Training Mode, eight-player Online Room Match Mode, and a match record feature to replay, save, and upload fights.

Bethesda Softworks, a ZeniMax Media company, have announced that Dishonored, the supernatural assassin action game under development at Arkane Studios, will be available in North America on October 9, in Australia on October 11 and throughout Europe on October 12, 2012. Developed under the direction of co-creative directors Raphael Colantonio and Harvey Smith, Dishonored is slated for release on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, and Games for Windows.

Namco Bandai Games America has announced Tekken Tag Tournament 2 with the largest player roster in TEKKEN history, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will feature more than 50 characters with expanded fight arsenals and move sets to do battle in new stages set in different countries from around the world. Square Enix London Studios, a part of the Square Enix Group announces Sleeping Dogs, a gritty open–world cop drama set in the vibrant city of Hong Kong. Developed by United Front Games in collaboration with Square Enix London Studios, Sleeping Dogs will be available in the second half of 2012 for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC.
