After submitting Holly Holm in March to win the UFC women's bantamweight title, Miesha Tate isn't wasting any time getting back into the Octagon, as she will defend her crown for the first time against Brazil's Amanda Nunes on the historic UFC 200 card at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on July 9. In the main event of UFC 200, it's the welterweight rematch between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor.

A women's MMA pioneer, former Strikeforce champion Tate added UFC championship gold to her trophy case when she handed Holm her first pro MMA loss with a stirring fifth-round finish. Now eager to extend her current five-fight winning streak in her adopted hometown of Las Vegas, Tate is putting everything on the line against the fourth-ranked Nunes, who has defeated Shayna Baszler, Sara McMann and Valentina Shevchenko in her last three bouts.

The UFC's first takeover of Good Morning America wasn't the promotion's only breaking news on Wednesday, as it was announced that the main event of UFC 200 on July 9 in Las Vegas will be the light heavyweight championship rematch between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones.

UFC 200, which also features an interim featherweight title fight between Jose Aldo and Frankie Edgar and Miesha Tate's first defense of her women's bantamweight championship against Amanda Nunes, will take place at T-Mobile Arena. Tickets go on sale on Friday, with sales to UFC Fight Club members beginning today.

Cormier-Jones is a rivalry that has been boiling since 2014, and one that shows no signs of cooling down. In January of 2015, the elite 205-pounders fought for the first time, with Jones winning a unanimous decision in their UFC 182 Fight of the Night.

Legal issues subsequently took Jones' title, and Cormier, a former member of the United States Olympic freestyle wrestling team, won the vacant belt with a win over Anthony Johnson last May and successfully defended it with a Fight of the Night victory over Alexander Gustafsson.

Scheduled to face Jones in a highly-anticipated UFC 197 rematch last weekend, Cormier was forced to withdraw from the bout due to injury. Stepping in to face Jones was Ovince Saint Preux, who "Bones" defeated to take the interim light heavyweight title.

On July 9, on the sport’s biggest stage, Cormier and Jones will meet to determine the undisputed light heavyweight champion.

Former UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw returns to the Octagon on Saturday, July 9, and in a UFC 200 bout he's been waiting for, he'll get the chance to avenge a 2013 loss to Raphael Assuncao.

UFC 200, which takes place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, is headlined by the UFC light heavyweight title fight rematch between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones. Plus, the interim featherweight title will be on the line in another highly-anticipated return bout, as Jose Aldo faces Frankie Edgar, and Miesha Tate puts her UFC women's bantamweight crown on the line against Brazil's Amanda Nunes.

Winner of four of his five bouts since the split decision defeat to Assuncao, Dillashaw will be making his first start since a controversial five-round defeat to Dominick Cruz in January that cost him his 135-pound crown. On July 9, he begins the road back against Brazil's Assuncao, who is riding a seven-fight winning streak.

During the UFC 199 PPV broadcast, the UFC announced the return of Brock Lesnar. Lesnar will return at UFC 200 to face an opponent to be named in the next few days. The UFC wouldn't comment on whether or not this was a one fight deal or if Lesnar was back for multiple fights.

In the wake of the UFC's announcement, the WWE issued the following statement:

Brock Lesnar remains under contract to WWE, however, he has been granted a one-off opportunity to compete at UFC 200. Following this milestone event on July 9, Brock will return to WWE for SummerSlam on Sunday, August 21, live on WWE Network.
