Highly acclaimed reality-based self defence training in and around South London, Surrey and Kent.

Darren Selley, a self protection instructor registered with the British Combat Association, currently holds a weekly class on Wednesdays, in Downham, Bromley, Kent.

This is an invitation to attend a new weekly class on Wednesday 1st June at:

For first-timers, this class is completely FREE, giving you a chance to watch or take part, to see if Urban Krav Maga is for you.

*You do not need to be a member of Fitness First to attend class.

If, after your first class, you decide to begin your Urban Krav Maga training, there are a range of fee options available, including a Beginners Package - first 10 lessons for only £60.00.

In this class you will discover highly effective self defence techniques that are easy to learn and retain - suitable for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes (over 16's only - 15 if accompanied by parent/guardian).

The Urban Krav Maga syllabus is based around the 10 most common attacks we face in the UK, as provided by national police forces.

The inclusion of an advanced groundfighting program, weapons defences, dealing with multiple attackers and protecting a third party, all add up to a complete fighting system that is highly respected within the martial arts and self defence community.

Just come along in comfortable clothes, such as tracksuit bottoms, shorts, T-shirt, sports top or rash guard etc., trainers, plimsoles or pumps etc.

Bring a sweat towel and a bottle of drink.
