The Course itself concentrates on Compact Functional Training principles originally applied in Finland since 1993 by Mr Martti Nappari, a Finnish functional training pioneer.

Martti Nappari will be the lead instructor he is the International Co-ordinator - IKSA Fitness and functional training director. Mr. Nappari was one of the first one to introduce Kettlebells to the western world in 1997. He has been involved coaching and consultation for fitness and sports more than 20 years, creating training protocols and tools. His background to sports comes from martial arts.
