ACOM Sports presents: SOUTH FLORIDA SAN SHOU CHAMPIONSHIPS as part of the SUPER HERO SUNDAY Martial arts event!!! Sanctioned by the USMTA

San Shou is a style of Chinese Kickboxing that utilizes Punches, Kicks, Knees, throws, takedowns and sweeps.

This tournament is to see who the best freestyle stand up fighter is.

ACOM SPORTS has been featuring some of the most exciting stand up tournaments in South Florida and this one will be no different. Come test your skills on August 29th in Dania Beach @ the Dania Jai Alai and see if you can win the SOUTH FLORIDA SAN SHOU CHAMPIONSHIPS


SKILL LEVELS:

Division A: More than 3 fights of experience

Division B: Less then 3 fights experience


RULES:

-All boxing strikes allow - Spinning backfist allowed
-All Kicking techniques allowed to head and to legal areas on the body
-Throws, sweeps and takedowns allowed - No spiking opponent on head and neck. No suplexes

TIME LIMITS:

-3 Rounds of 2 minutes each for non championship bouts
-3 Rounds of 3 minutes for the Championship bout
-1 minute mandatory rest period between rounds

EQUIPMENT:

-Headgear - No face cages
-10oz boxing gloves
-Hand wraps
-Shin / instep Pads
-Mouth piece
-Groin cup
