Today, the combat sports world lost a legend that hardcore fans had called one of the greatest strikers in fight history. Ramon Dekkers, the famed Dutch kickboxer and eight time Muay Thai world champion who was the first foreigner to win “Thai Boxer of the Year” with a ridiculous career record of 186 wins, 33 losses and 2 draws has passed away due to a suspected heart attack at the young age of 43. Dekkers was still an instrumental part of the kickboxing scene since his retirement back in 2006, working with Golden Glory and the Glory World Series. PunchDrunkGamer would like to offer our condolences to his family and friends.
