Ricky Lundell Shoots on Training, Hybrid Coaching and More!

Lundell was the youngest American to earn a BJJ Black Belt; Ricky has worked with UFC/WEC fighters across North America including champions such as Sean Sherk, Frank Mir, Miguel Torrres and Forrest Griffin. Lundell Wrestled and lettered at Iowa State University without any prior wrestling experience, shocking the grappling world. A two-time national Grappling champion (2007-08) and two-time world team trials champion, Lundell went on to be the two-time back-to-back FILA World Champion (2007, 2008). Lundell is also an accomplished scholar, entering Utah Valley University at 15 and graduating in science at 18.
