Dan Severn Talks Bobby Douglas, ASU & College Wrestling

The Official Radio Partner of PunchDrunkGamer, Takedown Wrestling Media’s Scott Casber talked to “The Beast” Dan Severn about his former college wrestling coach Bobby Douglas, Severn tradition at Arizona State University and about the team concepts in collegiate wrestling.
Severn twice won the World championship belt in the National Wrestling Alliance, first in 1995 and then again in 2001. He was also a star in the World Wrestling Federation.
Severn is best known for his legendary career in mixed martial arts. He is a three-time UFC champion and a UFC Hall of Famer. He was the first World-class wrestler to make his mark in the UFC, blazing a trail for numerous other wrestlers. He has trained with and mentored current UFC stars, including Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rashad Evans.
