Frankie Edgar is the UFC Lightweight Champion winning 80% of his professional bouts. For the 3rd time he will face Gray Maynard at UFC 136, Oct. 8 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
Edgar and Maynard both pulled out of a third meeting at UFC 130 due to injuries and will now look to settle their draw at UFC 136. He’ll defend a title that has been proudly worn by stars like B.J. Penn, Sean Sherk and Jens Pulver.
