Jacob Volkmann Talks UFC 151 Cancellation, Shane Roller, Death Threats and More!

It was a fight that should have taken place in Las Vegas this weekend but Dan Henderson’s injury forced him to pull out of the main event with Jones. On the advice of manager/trainer Greg Jackson, Jon Jones did not accept the challenge of Chael Sonnen. The card fell apart and UFC 151 was cancelled. Jacob Volkmann and Shane Roller will indeed fight though and we will have Minnesota vs. Oklahoma State!
Volkmann’s Thoughts on Shane Roller? “He was a good college wrestler, but his wrestling did not convert over very good to MMA. I think he is going to want to stay standing because he will have nothing on the ground. He went to OK State, where it is well known they do not work hard. I will use my University of Minnesota wrestling background to break him”.
