Always looking to tip the scales, PunchDrunkGamer.com has teamed up with Maxim, FHM, Muscle Mag, The Ring, TapouT and American Curves model, Ring Card Girl, Stunt-woman and all-around stunner Heather Shanholtz! Heather will be doing a weekly “Ask Heather” feature for PunchDrunkGamer, taking questions from her fans and the PDG readers and also writing blogs that will give you full enjoyment.
During her short career, Heather has accomplished every goal she had set for herself but that doesn’t stop her from wanting more. Heather has been featured in over 45 national magazines including Maxim, FHM and Muscle Mag. Heather is also very well know in the MMA world with her being a spokesmodel for Tito Ortiz for his clothing line Punishment Athletics and countless features in all of the MMA related magazines and websites. Heather is also the spokesmodel for a company called Flying Pasties. The company invented special pasties to wear under your clothes when entering body scanners at the airport.
Heather has done countless appearances, car shows and radio interviews. Recently Heather has found her new love, acting. Heather is to appear with feature roles on the shows Graceland (USA network) and The Glades. Last year Heather also accomplished one of her other goals and attended International Stunt School where she became a certified stunt woman. She jumped from buildings, was lit on fire, did combat and knife fights and also driving stunts. With receiving countless awards and recognition in the modeling industry she is ready to accomplish her next set of goals.

Hey guys!
The past week has been hectic for me. I’m out in Vegas right now. I was shooting with Glamtography for 3 days working on some fun stuff. We just got into Planet Muscle Magazine for one of their future issues and did some killer video footage for a kick ass clothing line called All Saints. I also had the chance to shoot with Gary Miller. Right now I’ve been staying at a rental home in Vegas with 7 models and 3 photographers. Kenny Roland, Mark Mosher from Imagezz!, and also Todd Plinke from In8 Photography.
We have been shooting content for Pretty Kitty Swimwear, Ayris Swimwear, G World Intimates and Bare Essentials Magazine. All the girls are really sweet and I just shot with April Cheryse last night and did a bubble bath set with her. April is gorgeous and down to earth. A total sweetheart! Check out some of my new photos below 🙂 Now to some of the questions you guys and girls have been sending in!
1. Do you have any TV show appearances coming up this year?
Heather – I will be on South Beach Tow May 7th but other than that I don’t have any coming up. I’m still working on the acting.
2. My girlfriend only likes to fool around in the dark because she doesn’t like her body, do you have any suggestions that I could do to make her feel more comfortable?
Heather – Try lighting a bunch of candles so there is still some light but it’s more dim and plus I think candles are sexy! Also, compliment her not just when you are fooling around but all the time. It’s all about confidence and self esteem with women so if you can boost that all the time it will make a huge difference.
3. As a model and as a person, how does it feel when you admire a photographer who has worked with you for a long time?
Heather – I have a lot of photographers that have turned into great friends of mine. We don’t just shoot but we also hang out. My favorites are Justin Price and Kenny Roland. I’ve also been hanging out with Reuben from Glamtography a lot lately. We all learn from each other and try new things. I admire them all. It’s a great feeling to be friends with the people in my industry. 🙂
4. Is there any chance that you will return as a ring girl this year and would you like to work for the UFC or Bellator?
Heather – I would love to but with my new company Provocative Impressions and and all of my modeling my time is limited. We’ll see what happens 🙂
5. Since the summer is only a few months away, what exercise program would you recommend to tone up my body and maybe skim about 10 pounds off?
Heather – Limit the carbs and cut out pasta, bread and dairy. Cardio is very important. I usually do 30 min of cardio a day. It’s usually the diet that will help you to lose weight. Also, cut out all sugar. 🙂
