History is being made this weekend.
The first time the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) traveled to Saudi Arabia in 2024, no women’s fights were on the card. However, on Saturday, inside the Anb Arena in Riyadh, Flyweights Jasmine Jasudavicius and Mayra Bueno Silva will make history as the first women to compete in a UFC bout in “The Land of the Two Holy Mosques.”
During UFC Saudi Arabia media day, Bueno Silva shared a video of her in a custom women’s Venum fight kit specific to the country they are fighting in.
Journalist Aaron Bronsteter shared a screenshot of the fight kit as well.
These are the fight kits that Mayra Bueno Silva and Jasmine Jasudavicius will wear in Saudi Arabia on Saturday (via Bueno Silva’s Instagram).

For what it’s worth, Bueno Silva fought in that exact style of fight kit in her last outing, which she lost via a doctor’s stoppage due to a nasty gash (check it out).
Her opponent, Jasudavicius, always competes in a tank-top style fight kit, but for her upcoming fight, she will be forced to wear this style of Venum uniform, according to Bronsteter.
One might assume that the two UFC Flyweights might be jealous of Cris Cyborg and Larissa Pacheco because they get to compete in regular fight kits.
