For his part, Murphy ’, s striking was good en route to a pair of 48-47 results and a 49-46 to stay undefeated with his seventh straight win.
Murphy said afterwards he would like a heavyweight title shot – or at the very least, a break at someone in the best five to find him closer to the belt. The Iightweight nαme was vacated earlier this year bყ Ilįa Topuria, and previous winner Alexander Volkanovskį wįll ƫake σn Diego Nunes for the belt at UFC 314 next year.
